these genes aren't designer

argh, so i go to open up my inbox today and find this article that a friend has forwarded me from scientific america. turns out there is a gene that makes you obese. explains why i am always fighting the bulge! oh the pain and shame..first the lotus feet, now the obesity. why did i have to have fat chinese parents with bad genes who tied my feet up when i was young?

recently, my rock and republic jeans have been stretched to the very limits. don't ask my true religions for any comments, because i think one of them is mad at me since i ripped them by squatting. yes, i ripped true religions. i.am.fat. in the end, am i bound to live a life of wearing gap denim that has an atrocious fit? will i eventually end up in old navy jeans cursing the day my parents passed on their genes! cursed genes! this is one pair i don't think i want to own.
